Cartoon Film Studio has just announced a auction - "execution of construction and installation works involving modernization and adaptation to the requirements of a modern exhibition of the historic building of Roth's villa." In Roth's villa there will be a place for a part of the modern exhibition, but first of all in this building will be the production of films like to this time.

The villa of Juliusz Roth at 24 Cieszyńska Street was established in 1888. Since the beginning of the 1950s, this building has been the headquarters of the Cartoon Film Studio. This is where the most famous productions of the Bielsko-Biała film studio were made - TV series about Bolek and Lolek, Reksiu or Baltazar Gąbka.
Even this year, preparations for the launch of the second stage of the Interactive Tale and Animation Center will begin. In the second half of the year, the Bielsko Film Studio will apply for co-financing in the amount of PLN 20 million zlotych as part of the Norwegian funds. In the second stage, next to the historic Roth's Villa, a modern building of the Fairy Tale Center will be erected. The anticipated date for the opening of the Interactive Fairy Tale and Animation Center is 2021. The project of the Interactive Center for Fairy Tales and Animation was prepared by the renowned architectural studio Nizio International Design, which participated in the creation of, among others, Museum of the Warsaw Uprising and Museum of the History of Polish Jews POLIN.
